Industrial Site Remediation & Restoration
This project involved the precision excavation and off-site disposal of 25,000 cubic meters of asbestos-impacted soil under strict saturation and air-monitoring protocols to ensure zero fibre release. Following environmental clearance, the site was backfilled, contoured for drainage, and finished with a geotextile marker layer and native hydroseeding to transform the brownfield into a stabilized, community-ready green space.
